Holy Cross Parish and Sts. Peter and Paul Parish serve Catholics and the community at large in and around Mendota, IL. Mendota is approximately 90 miles southwest of Chicago among the corn fields of north central Illinois. Holy Cross Church is located within the city limits of Mendota. Sts. Peter and Paul Church is located 4 miles southwest of the city of Mendota. Holy Cross School, the parishes' shared Catholic elementary school (PK - 8), is located immediately adjacent to Holy Cross Church. The two parishes also share the same priests, parish staff, parish office, and a wide range of resources and activities. Both parishes are part of the Catholic Diocese of Peoria.

ALL Eucharistic Adoration is held at Holy Cross Church in the Our Lady of the Cenacle (Mothers') Chapel.
Adoration may be suspended on holidays or during special events in the main body of the Church.
NOTE: If you are homebound, call the Parish Office at (815) 538 - 6151 to make arrangements for receiving the Holy Eucharist at home.
